Yi-Chen Industrial is a professional aluminum forging manufacturer in Taiwan, with integrated in-house production capabilities including billet cutting, aluminum hot forging, trimming, and sandblasting. For forging production, Yi-Chen Industrial is equipped with 1000-ton and 600-ton aluminum forging machines. Based on product size, structural requirements, material characteristics, and production volume, the most suitable forging press and process conditions can be selected for each project. Compared with conventional machining processes, aluminum forging improves structural strength, material density, and fatigue resistance, making it ideal for lightweight, high-strength, and performance-critical industrial components.
To enhance quality control and delivery management, Yi-Chen’s billet cutting and forging equipment are connected to a digital production management system. This enables real-time monitoring of production status and accurate recording of every key process parameter. Through digitalized manufacturing management, both administrative and production teams can track on-site information instantly, improving traceability, process stability, and delivery efficiency.

In terms of upstream supply partners, aluminum materials are our core concern. For downstream process supply partners, we have professional collaborative partners in each process, focusing on process quality and information communication, so that customers' product processes can receive high-level services.
