Information Integration Capability
In terms of upstream supply partners, aluminum materials are our core concern. We have invested in an aluminum extrusion plant to ensure rigorous control of the quality of the materials we acquire from the source, and have professional composition recognition instruments to provide inspection reports with the goods for customer confirmation.
For downstream process supply partners, we have professional collaborative partners in each process, focusing on process quality and information communication, so that customers' product processes can receive high-level services. We also conduct regular audits of all collaborative partners each year to ensure that they can continue to provide quality standards that meet expectations in the process.
We are ISO9001:2015 certified and hold IAS certificate to ensure our whole process from R&D to Product Shipment is of decent quality control. We persist that all quality is via “Design” and “Manufacturing”.
To ensure our material and outsourcing quality, we have to evaluate and qualify our suppliers periodically and make sure their quality control is efficient and effective.
Most importantly, YiChen has certified quality control system and inspection instruments. In 2019, we implemented “Yi-Chen iOT Integration System” for our core processes (etc. Forging, material cutting) by collecting the following equipment signals for real-time monitoring. All production processes, equipment status, and critical process parameter recording. On top of that, we also integrated the ERP and MES to ensure all production is in control and all manufacturing processes can be traced.
This progressive tech was nominated to be demonstrated by the Smart Machinery Promotion Office. Meanwhile, we will keep improving our quality to satisfy all customers and strengthen digital process control tech, in the forging industry.
